This 7-minute hands-on practice incorporates gratitude, mindfulness, and somatic tools to infuse your body care routine with supportive intent. You can use our Essential Body Oils, Scrubs, or whatever you might have at home (an organic olive oil will do).
Note: Caring for and connecting to ourselves in this way can feel silly or akward at first - it's natural! If self judgement arises during this practice, I invite you to consider that it may actually come from a place of love... from a part of you that strives to keep yourself safe by protecting you from rejection, embarrassment, and shame.
